Cattle Raisers to Host 135th Convention in Fort Worth March 30-April 1

The Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association http://www.tscra.org/ (TSCRA) will host the 135th annual TSCRA Convention March 30-April 1 at the Fort Worth Convention Center in Fort Worth, Texas.

More than 2,000 ranchers and landowners will gather as part of the largest cattle industry convention in the state.

Highlight’s of the convention include the popular School for Successful Ranching http://www.tscra.org/convention/school.html , the TSCRA Trade Show http://www.tscra.org/convention/tradeshow.html and committee breakout sessions http://www.tscra.org/convention/breakoutsessions.html covering a wide range of beef industry topics.

Speakers include a panel of beef industry experts http://www.tscra.org/convention/sessions.html#opening that will provide insight into the cattle industry over the next 15 years, as well as Climatologist Evelyn Browning-Garris http://www.tscra.org/convention/sessions.html#drought , who will discuss the current drought and what producers can expect in the future regarding weather patterns.
