The Tennessee Walking Horse Breeders’ and Exhibitors’ Association’s (TWHBEA) GO! Gelding Opportunities Program continues to grow by leaps and bounds. For 2010 there are already 101 entries, surpassing the goal set earlier this year. TWHBEA has committed to a total GO! payout of at least $5,000 for 2010. Don’t miss out on your chance to claim part of the GO! purse, nominate your gelding today! The GO! Program is open to all TWHBEA registered geldings owned and/or ridden by a TWHBEA member in good standing. It is a high point program specifically for geldings with junior and senior gelding monetary awards presented in pleasure, performance, versatility, endurance trail, and recreational trail divisions. In addition to those awards, the overall highpoint pleasure and performance geldings are recognized with Super Gelding Awards. The program runs from year to year and monetary awards are presented to the top five geldings in each division as well as to the two Super Geldings. There is a modest annual nomination fee of $20 for each division, the sum of which is paid back out as part of the divisional and Super Gelding monetary awards. For more information about this exciting and rewarding program, please visit www.twhbea.com, [...]
