PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
First ad must be prepaid in full by the deadline of first issue insertion. Checks and all major credit cards are acceptable. After credit has been established, you will be invoiced. Payment for invoices is due within 15 days of receipt. Please help us keep your rates low by paying promptly. Accounts not paid by the last working day of the month are subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month, or 18% annually.

No agency commissions or discounts are given. The SouthWest Horse Trader reserves the right to edit for clarity and/or to meet word-count limits.
Photo & Business Classifieds, Directory of Services, and Stallion Directory Ads are designed for maximum readability and are similar in format. All type and logos appear in black and ads will contain no screens or reverses. Scans and production charges are included in prices. The publisher will determine typeface.

Stallion Directory Ads
Email placeads@swhorsetrader.com to advertise your stallion. Submit 30 words including your stallions registered name, attach photo and include contact information.
This section offers stallion owners an affordable place to advertise their stallion with a four-color or black and white photograph and a brief description. One stallion may be featured per ad. Additional stallions may be listed by name only and are included in the 30-word limit.

Ad cost is $5 for the first 3 lines (approx 26 characters/spaces per line) and $2.50 for each additional line. Classifieds may be boxed and centered for $2.50 per line. All ads must be pre-paid.
The Internet
Ads placed in the Classified categories will appear online at no additional cost. Ads will run concurrently with the issue month and will be placed online at the beginning of the month.
