USDA approves new temporary Laredo quarantine for Pin Oak entries coming from Mexico

Pin Oak has received exciting news for its Mexican exhibitors whose horses add so much to our show. The USDA, Veterinary Services (VS), Texas has received approval to establish a temporary equine import facility in Laredo, TX for exhibitors coming from Mexico.  The temporary facility is located at  El Primero Training Center at 1472 Old Mines Rd, Laredo, Texas.
